Warning to Prospective Customers of Yolochill.com – Buyer Beware

In October 2024, I made a purchase from Yolochill.com after seeing an advertisement on Facebook. I ordered four garments, expecting the high-quality, cotton and linen items displayed on their website. However, what arrived was not only completely incorrect in terms of size, but the garments were also made of low-quality polyester. Despite ordering a “Large,” I received sizes so large that one item was a 3XXXL, making them unusable to me.

Attempts to resolve this issue with Yolochill.com were met with poor customer service and refusal to address the errors. Each time I requested a return or refund, Yolochill.com staff responded that they do not offer refunds or exchanges. Instead, they suggested a 50% discount voucher for future purchases, despite my clear request for the items I originally ordered.

When I tried to select another item from their website to settle the matter, they refused to send it, advising me to use their discount voucher instead. I am unwilling to buy anything further, as it is clear that Yolochill.com engages in deceptive practices to exploit consumers.

My goal in sharing this experience is to warn others about Yolochill.com’s practices. I strongly advise against spending any money with this company, as they appear to be based in China and engaging in fraudulent behavior. Protect yourself – avoid Yolochill.com and save yourself the frustration and financial loss that I experienced.
